It was a tough decision, but below are our choices for the 10 patient finalists. Now it’s your turn to decide who will be the lucky winners of 2 brand new iPads.
As a token of our appreciation we decided to let our staff in on the action too! It will be up to you which member of our staff will be taking home a 3rd iPad!

- The patient photos (1 – 10) are listed in the left column below. The staff photos (11 – 16) are listed on the right. You are allowed 1 vote for EACH category. Your votes cannot be changed.
